Wisconsin HER Day is a free women’s conference dedicated to empowering, educating, and celebrating women in our community. Hosted by We EmpowHER in partnership with the Wisconsin Herd and BMO, the event features inspiring speakers and engaging breakout sessions focused on topics such as family and relationships, women in business, and self-discovery. Wisconsin HER Day takes place on Friday, March 20, 2026, at the Oshkosh Arena and coincides with the Wisconsin Herd’s game day, where the team will be renamed the Wisconsin HER for the night to honor women’s achievements and impact.

Wisconsin HER Night is a special themed basketball game celebrating women’s achievements and empowerment. On this night, the Wisconsin Herd changes its name to the Wisconsin HER and wears unique jerseys inspired by the female symbol, with proceeds from the jersey auction benefiting We EmpowHER. The event highlights women’s contributions both on and off the court and often features an all-women broadcast team and other special recognitions, bringing the community together for a fun and meaningful celebration during Women’s History Month

Wisconsin HER Teen Summit is an empowering event designed to help young women build confidence, leadership skills, and a strong sense of self-worth. Through inspiring speakers and interactive experiences, teens explore real-life topics like mental health, healthy relationships, goal setting and navigating social pressures. Participants leave feeling supported, inspired, and confident in who they are and who they’re becoming. 

 Legacy Dinner is an exclusive evening experience that bridges HER Day and HER Night, offering guests a meaningful opportunity to connect, reflect and be inspired. As part of Wisconsin HER Day, this ticketed dinner welcomes community leaders, supporters and speakers for an intimate night designed to celebrate impact and legacy.
